She is the creator of The Control Your Chaos Coaching Program, is a Healthy Lifestyle Coach, a business mentor, former owner and CEO of EmpowerFIT Boot Camp, the Founder of Kelly Scott Fitness, and a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

Kelly helps busy women prioritize their health goals by creating reliable routines to make life less chaotic. 

She helps her clients through online fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching programs. Kelly also mentors women to start their own online business so they can have more choices and freedoms in life.
