We all LOVE vacation season. Traveling allows us to unplug and unwind and it can be the perfect time to focus on our wellness. 

If you are like me, you work hard at being healthy and fit and you don’t want to sabotage that when you travel. I like to shift my mindset to destressing, slowing down and being in the moment (which is really good for our overall health).
