Small Group Classes in Menlo Park, CA 

Butts and Guts - Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:00pm: A fast-paced workout designed to fatigue your core muscles in every way possible. Every class is different and effectively sequenced to keep the fat burning and muscles responding.

Body Blast - Sundays 8:15am-9:00am: This circuit style class will keep your heart racing. A total body workout that will target all major muscle groups and burn some serious calories. We workout both inside the gym and in the park for lots of variety!

EmpowerFIT Boot Camp in Foster City, CA

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 5:30am-6:30am: 
EmpowerFIT’s Boot Camp is a total-body conditioning program that includes cutting edge fitness instruction, nutritional education and team motivation. We welcome everyone regardless of fitness level, gender or age.


Each class is packed with a series of fun ever-changing exercises created specifically to strengthen your body, increase your cardio fitness and transform your physique. We are best known for the variety of exercises, equipment and activities in our classes and the fun team environment we create through partner and group activities and challenges. Because of this, our participants never bore of our workouts, which means they come often, remain consistent and ultimately see and feel life-changing results.

Kelly offers customized personal training at her in home gym in Menlo Park. Workouts will be geared towards your fitness level and personal goals.
