About Kelly Scott


Kelly is a successful entrepreneur and has been in the fitness industry since 1998. She started her coaching career at the young age of 15.

Kelly’s competitive cheer teams won over 8 national titles during her 18 years of coaching. In 1998, she started teaching group exercise while working full time and finished up college.

In 2009 Kelly retired from coaching competitive cheer to focus on her fitness career. About a year later she made a transition from working in the fitness industry part time to full time, a long term goal that she finally achieved.

She is now the proud owner and CEO of Kelly Scott Fitness and EmpowerFIT. She is also the Founder of The Fit Republic Coaching Team, a Certified Personal & Group Trainer, an Online Health and Fitness Coach and Business Mentor.

Kelly enjoys providing both live and online coaching to her clients. She prescribes in-home workout programs and portion control meal plans to help her clients be able to live a healthy lifestyle, get incredible results, improved internal health, and increased energy.
